“The Unwelcomed was shot and edited in just four hours for a filmmaking challenge. As there was no time to spend on color correction, the cinematographer created the unique look of the film entirely in-camera with a combination of colored filtration and diffusion, unconventional white-balance, and tweaks to the gamma curves within the camera settings. The production nearly ran out of time but the editor, Wendy Nomiyama, saved the day by editing the film in just 45 minutes.”
